Refund policy

At Modern Ozy, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging where applicable.

Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please email support@modern-ozy.com.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return in your message.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you the return instructions along with the return shipping address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days of approval. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products, gift cards, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

If the refund still hasn’t appeared, contact us at support@modern-ozy.com and our team will assist you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modern-ozy.com and include your order number along with photographic evidence of the issue.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement item or full refund at no additional charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, colour, or style, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modern-ozy.com.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return it once it has been delivered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Modern Ozy cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return meets the required conditions, you will receive a full refund for the item price.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
